"Alan Johnson was recommended to me by the Volvo franchise garage in Hildenborough, and since then my wife and I have used him whenever we could - i.e. for all our cars when not in a warranty period. Alan is generous with his time and his advice when helping to decide what to do about the sort of problems that leave you with a choice. He's usually been able to diagnose problems revealed only through electronic engine management systems, which can be a challenge for the independent garage, and when for the first time recently he couldn't do so he referred my Jaguar X-Type to the specialist garage and passed on their charge with no markup. In short, I think you can trust Alan and his team to give independent and unbiased advice and to look after you and your car. Oh - and they'll even give you a lift the station if you ask nicely!"
